The apartment was not bought for personal use, and from the beginning my intention was to rent it out, and that for a specific group (category) of client, that is, a premium client who will appreciate the standard of the apartment’s finish, its unique design, and will be able to pay for these values.
This is a demanding client, so the decision to work with an architect and to furnish the apartment to a high standard, and with a unique design, was obvious.
What was eventually finalized with a quick rental at a good price and accolades in design magazines, ie.
